Froh Community Home - Activities

We have a full calendar of events that offer spiritual (church services, Bible study, communion), social (men's breakfast and ladies lunch, coffee break), cognitive (computer lab current events, share me a memory, word games, alphabets, brainteasers, trivia), physical (seniorcise, ball toss, WII bowling, volleyball), creative (crafts, brushstrokes, karaoke), outdoor (gardening, picnics, wheel and walks), trips (fair, parade, color tours) and special events. For those that choose not to leave the room, the Activity Department provides 1 on 1 activity. The Activity Department helps coordinate the Resident Council Meeting and the Family Support Group.

Froh Community Home - Outside

Our facility is blessed with a beautiful outdoors area which we call the Gazebo area. Here you can enjoy the surroundings with your loved one or rest assured if they need an area that is enclosed for their safety to enjoy the outdoors themselves.

Our outdoor area includes a pond, a glider swing, gazebo, a special spot just for gardening and just peaceful relaxation. In the summer our dining program frequently have cookouts in this area for friends, family and staff.

A shelter and tables are provided for families to get together for the summer evening cookout or activities.

You can reserve that area for family reunions or picnics by contacting:

For those more adventurous only a short walking distance is the city park, a restaurant and grocery store. Since we are a multiple retirement community there is ample paved sidewalks to enjoy a walk.
