The
Froh Community Home Nursing Center houses 118 beds. Each
semi-private room feature a half-bath, twin size bed, and an
individual nightstand. A built-in dresser and closet are provided.
Residents may further decorate with additional furnishing as
space permits.
Also included in the accommodations are: assistance/emergency
pull cord in bathroom; assistance/emergency pull cord by each
resident's bed; and cable TV hook up (monthly service fee is
resident's responsibility).

Guidelines
for prospective residents have been established
according to applicable regulations and requirements. |

Applicant
must: need basic or skilled nursing care; have a
physical, medical history and doctors orders five
days prior to admission; have a chest x-ray within
90 days prior to admission; MI/MR Assessment screening;
and provide social security, Medicare, Medicaid
and other insurance cards. |
