The Villa is an elegant and modern residence with private rooms especially designed to enable the retiree to maintain his/her independence by providing assistance, services and supportive care when needed. An added feature allows for short-term residency during transitional periods.

The Villa is licensed as a Home for the Aged, and a minimum age of 60 is required for residence.

Each attractive private living area features a bed/sitting room combination with a half-bath and is furnished with a bed, three-drawer nightstand, built-in dresser and closet space. Residents may bring their own twin bed and undercounter-type refrigerator. Residents may add their own furniture to complement their individual taste. Bed linens, towels and washcloths are supplied.

24 hour staffing
Personal assistance and supportive care as needed.
Works with residents' doctors.
Assists with medications as required.
Changes bed linens weekly.

A variety of scheduled activities including manicures, bingo, crafts, movies, exercise and wordgames.
Planned community and area trips including the St. Joseph County Fair, fishing, parade and color tour.
Church services and bible studies are scheduled to meet the spiritual needs of our residents.
Special events, musical programs, dances and monthly birthday parties.
Assists families in organizing personal birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Monthly newsletter.
DIETARY
Serves 3 nutritious meals in the Villa Dining Room.
Choice of two entree selections per meal.
Meals served waitress style.
Visitor meals available for minimal charge.
Diabetic and therapeutic diets according to Doctor's orders.
HOUSEKEEPING-LAUNDRY-MAINTENANCE
Weekly room cleaning.
Launders sheets, towels, and washcloths.
Assists in room arrangement and picture hanging.
Full interior and exterior maintenance.
Lawn maintenance and snow removal.
REHABILITATION
Licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists and trained assistants.
Full rehabilitation program including:
- Gait training.
- Electrical muscle stimulation.
- Self care instruction.
- Therapeutic exercise.
- Oral/motor training.
