The dining program features:

• Food is served by wait staff from a steam buffet after the resident places their order with some of the foods prepared right at the buffet.

​

• An “Always Menu” developed by the resident council is always available if the main entrée is not what the resident may want.

​

• A beverage and dessert cart is moved throughout the dining experience with a wide selection of choices.

​

• Extended dining hours allow residents up to an hour and a half to enjoy each meal when they wish to.

​

• Residents are also provided with snacks throughout the day and evening and may request food items at any time.
