Special Events
Thurston Woods Village conducts various fundraising events throughout the year for the benefit of our residents. Our biggest event is the Annual Auction and Bazaar. Donations from residents, families, staff, businesses, churches, service clubs, groups, universities, and charitable minded individuals from Sturgis, St. Joseph County, and the Michiana area help make this event a huge success year after year. The proceeds from the auction and bazaar are used to help Thurston Woods Village continue to fulfill our commitment of providing quality senior living and healthcare services, and carry out our mission of honoring God through our ministry. Endowment Fund
The Thurston Woods Village Endowment Fund is a financial resource that can ensure no resident will have to leave because they are unable to pay. As the Thurston Woods Village Endowment Fund grows, our organization becomes less dependent on an increasingly unpredictable Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement system. Your help is needed, your gift makes a difference, and your generosity is deeply appreciated.
