Criteria for Residency in Froh Manor
Guidelines for prospective residents have been established according to applicable regulations and requirements. Individual cooperation is required to meet these guidelines and to provide a pleasant environment for each Manor resident.
Must be 62 years of age or older.
Must satisfy Income Requirements set by US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Must be able to meet requirements set by H.U.D.
Must have good housekeeping, credit references and pass a criminal background check.
Must provide the information requested in the application packet (and pay appropriate deposit and rent amounts).
Building and campus is Smoke-free.
