The Villa has 52 apartments offering several different apartment floor plans, which ensures that we have an apartment for anyone needing this level of care. The Villa staff offers a supportive homelike environment for people that need a little extra support.

The Villa is appropriate for people 55 years and older, who need extra support for their care
needs but don’t meet the criteria for skilled nursing. Often people move to the Villa because
they are experiencing these type of difficulties at home:
Falling frequently
Difficulty managing medications correctly
Increase in care needs (needing help with bathing, getting dressed, etc.)
Social isolation
Caregiver stress

Residency Process
A residency and financial application will need to be completed for admission to the Villa.
We will need information from your physician that shows your current health status and medications.
An assessment will be completed prior to admission to ensure that care needs can be met in the Villa.
